Flagged for AI Content? Take Back Control of Your Work

You wrote the study. You did the reading, the fieldwork and the analysis. Then a detector returned a percentage and, in a single line of a report, years of work were placed under suspicion. It happens to honest candidates every week, and it happens because detection tools judge patterns and phrasing, not intent.

We only assist doctoral and PhD candidates

Cedi rewrites flagged work so that it reads as what it already is — yours. Not paraphrase-spinning, not word swapping: a disciplined rewrite that restores your voice, tightens the argument and verifies every source, so the document survives both the detector and the committee.

Why this matters more than a percentage score

Detectors keep getting sharper — they read sentence rhythm, phrasing and structure, and a small AI-assisted passage can cast doubt over an entire thesis
Your credibility is the real cost — once integrity is questioned, supervisors read everything else differently, and references and research roles quietly disappear
Penalties are severe — institutions treat AI content like plagiarism: a failed chapter, probation, suspension, in the worst cases expulsion
Progress stalls — a flagged chapter can send you back months, adding cost, delay and stress you had not budgeted for

Where AI-assisted drafts break down academically

Shallow argument — fluent sentences that never commit to a position, where your committee expects original, evidence-backed analysis
Inconsistent voice — a sudden shift in tone or vocabulary that any supervisor who has read your earlier work will notice immediately
Unsafe citations — missing attribution, mismatched claims and fabricated sources that do not exist in any database
Generic framing — literature and methods described in the abstract, with no link to your context, your data or your research questions

What we actually do to your document

Diagnose first — we identify which passages are triggering the flag and why, rather than rewriting the whole file blindly
Rewrite for substance — every flagged passage is rebuilt with real argument, specific evidence and your own line of reasoning
Restore your voice — we match the tone and style of the chapters you wrote yourself, so the document reads as one author
Verify every source — each citation is checked against the original, corrected or replaced, and formatted to your required style
Re-check before return — the rewritten document is re-run through similarity and AI-detection checks before it comes back to you
Explain the changes — you receive a clear account of what changed and why, so you can defend every page in front of a panel
Keep it confidential — a non-disclosure agreement is available before you send us a single file

Your ideas deserve proper representation

Removing AI traces is not about gaming a tool. It is about making sure the document in front of your committee reflects your thinking, your rigour and your years of effort — and that nothing in it can be used to question your integrity. Send us the flagged chapter and the detection report, and we will tell you honestly what it needs.
